Garrett Detone: Psych or linguistics perhaps? Based on your analytic nature, love of reading and interest in popular culture and fashion they'd be good! Watch "The Century of Self" on youtube, that's a nice intro to psych which I personally find fascinating. It goes through the psychological history of the development of pop culture, consumerism and modern society. That'll give you an idea about psych at college too!

Graphic design, culinary arts, or you can go into librarian studies. Look into the things that interest you, and pursue a degree in it.
