Just fill in the blanks -- one for mileage, one for selling price, then there's places for the buyer and sellers names and signatures. Yes you'll need to have it notarized -- you can do the transfer at the court house with both parties present (just wait to sign until you get there) or you can use a notary at a bank o! r someone you know. If the local buyer is in state the plates stay with the car . . . if it's going out of state you need to keep the plates, turn them into the court house and sign an affidavit stating the car was sold out of state....Show more
