This would suggest you need to go to your bank, and get a personal loan / credit card / overdraft etc. Then you can pay for the car repairs and repay the bank over time. Cassey Hollinghurst: No. Mine has a deal with the local bank. He will not lend money and they will not fix cars. In many places you need a license to lend money. Most garages will not release the car until full payment is received.
