Ronny Dorge: that makes no sense at all. Move in it and enjoy the home. The tax benefits of renting it out and renting another place at the same time are just plain stupid. It serves no purpose at all as you are renting the property at a loss and then compiling this by renting another space for what a few tax dollars that you have already lost in other rents. Use your head whom ever told you this was wise needs to prove it in math
