job applications-Employment history?

Lizzette Wendroth: You should put it in. ALL experience is experience.

Bo Perham: Write "see attached" in the employment history and add a page explaining the program and listing the 3-4 experiences most related to the job you're applying for

Dorethea Beaston: Well that is hardly a reference is it? A reference is the name and phone number of someone that you have previously worked for. Include the details of your voluntary employment in the "employment" section of the application. Whilst it was unpaid work, it shows that you are willing to contribute to society and have also gained some basic skills in the process.

Dexter Dicostanzo: There should be an area on the application that asks for other skills that you have that would qualify you for the position you are applying for - I'd enter your Carbon Lehigh experience in that section. So yes, leave the employment history column blank if you have not had any other jobs. If your only 16, employers know th! at everyone has to start somewhere!! Good luck to you!

Russ Kiernan: You should definitely fill that out. It shows that you do have experience and that is a plus for you.

Ulysses Failey: Showing you volunteered for so many different tasks is a good thing to put on your resume. It shows initiative and experience.

Idell Dufort: i would put it under employment history but make it clear that you were not compensated for it. in my opinion the fact that you have had so many different types of experience would outweigh the fact that you havent been employed for so long. i wouldnt leave it blank, because they will assume you dont have working experience. this is just my opinion. good luck with finding a job!
